If you are able to get on Rolo
If you are already a Rolo user and are having a problem within the app, you can tap your avatar in the top left corner, and beneath the "Support" heading, choose the "Rolo Help" option.
This will open a chat with our support team, where you can leave a message.
When reporting your issue, please let us know your device model, operating system, and version of Rolo.
Where possible, please send a screenshot or screen recording of the issue you're facing.
If you are unable to get on Rolo
If you are unable to sign up/in to Rolo, please email our support team on help@rolo.chat.
If you are not emailing from the same email address as your account, please let us know the email of the account.
