I forgot my password, what do I do now?

If you cannot remember your password for Rolo, follow these steps:

1. On the sign up/sign in page, tap "Sign in"
2. Beneath the password field, tap "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter the email address of your account and tap "Request reset link"
4. A reset password email will be sent to that address, within which you should tap the "Reset my password" button
5. On the subsequent page, enter your new password and tap "Submit"

An alternative method to get into your account is to sign in using one of the professional social platforms we offer (i.e. Google, Microsoft, Apple, LinkedIn, or Salesforce), so long as the email address on that account is identical to the one you used to sign up to Rolo.
