What do I need to use Rolo?

In order to sign up and use Rolo, you need the following:

  • Your own work email address
    If you plan to use Rolo as a representative of your employer, we strongly recommend you sign-up to Rolo with the email address you use for work purposes when representing that company. Typically this email address will be something like Firstname.Lastname@Company.com.
    Warning: Do not use an email address that is generally accessible by other members of your company. The more people that have access to it, the greater the security risk to your Rolo account and the secure messages you send through Rolo.
  • An up-to-date version of iOS or Android
    Please make sure that your devices have the latest version of iOS or Android installed on it. We always aim to support the current major release of iOS and Android version,  or one version prior. On certain occasions, some Rolo functions may require the newest version of iOS and Android. 


                These browsers are currently the only web browsers that contain the necessary crypto-libraries for securing your connection to Rolo. For security
                reasons, you should always keep your web browser up-to-date. 

    • A fast internet connection
      The faster your internet connection, the higher your secure conversation quality through Rolo will be. On mobile/cellular phones, we recommend you have at least 4G internet, and for desktop/laptop computers, you have a broadband internet connection delivered through ethernet or WiFi. 
    • An active social account (Google, Microsoft, Apple, LinkedIn, or Salesforce)
