I do not get notifications from Rolo. What do I do?

If you do not get any Rolo notifications, please make sure your internet connection is working well and check the following : 


For Android and iOS:

1. Turn off Power Saving Mode.

Power Saving Mode may restrict an application's internet access. This may negatively affect the application's ability to receive notifications.

2. Turn off Do Not Disturb Mode.

Try turning off Do Not Disturb Mode. Some phones may restrict apps from showing notifications when this mode is enabled.

3. Allow Notifications on Locked Screen

Make sure to allow notifications when the screen is locked. You can change this behavior in your phone's Settings App. Locked Screens may also contribute to latency when receiving notifications.

4. Enable Notifications

You can change this setting in the application’s App Info. In order to do this, go to the Settings App and do the following steps :

Go to Rolo’s App Info -> Enter Notification -> Enable “Show Notifications”


Android Phones:

1. Oppo Phones

a. Open the “Phone Manager” app -> go to “Startup Manager” -> allow Rolo to startup in the background

b. Open “Settings” app -> go to “Battery” -> go to “Energy Saver” -> click Rolo -> Disable “Background Freeze”, “Abnormal apps optimization” and “Doze”

2. Sharp Phones

a. Open “Settings” app -> go to “S Boost” -> go to “Background Apps” -> click Rolo-> allow Rolo to run in the background

b. Open “Settings” app -> go to “S Boost” -> go to “Auto Start” -> click Rolo -> allow Rolo to startup in the background

3. Redmi phones, Mi phones

a. Enable autostart

b. Open “Settings” app -> go to “Additional settings” -> go to “Battery & Performance” -> enable “no restrictions on background activities”

c. If Developer Mode is on -> go to “Developer Options” -> disable “MIUI Optimization” and disable “Memory Optimization"
