How do I remove contacts from my favorite contact list?

To unstar contacts:

• Go to your Starred Contacts page
• Find the contacts you wish to unstar
• Swipe or long-tap on their contacts profile preview
• Select 'Unstar'
• Those contacts are successfully removed from your favorite contact list
