I forgot my password, what do I do now?
- Open the Rolo mobile app on your device
- On the sign-up/sign-in page, tap 'Sign-in'
- Tap on the 'Your work email' field as if you want to sign in and tap 'Forgot your password?'
- You should automatically be taken to a new page in Rolo titled 'Reset your password'
- Enter your work email (myname@work.com) that you used to create your existing Rolo account
- Tap 'Request reset link'
- Close the Rolo app and open your email
- A reset password email is well received and you can click the 'Reset my password' button
- A reset password page appears and you can enter your new password
- Click 'Reset password' and your password is successfully reset
