I forgot my password/cannot log in to my account, what do I do now?

  • Open the Rolo mobile app on your device
  • On the sign-up/sign-in page, tap 'Sign-in'
  • Tap on the 'Your work email' field as if you want to sign in and tap 'Forgot your password?'
  • You should automatically be taken to a new page in Rolo titled 'Reset your password'
  • Enter your work email (myname@work.com) that you used to create your existing Rolo account 
  • Tap 'Request reset link' 
  • Close the Rolo app and open your email 
  • A reset password email is well received and you can click the 'Reset my password' button
  • A reset password page appears and you can enter your new password
  • Click 'Reset password' and your password is successfully reset
