How do I create an account and sign-up for Rolo?
  • To get started on Rolo, you need to create a Rolo account. 
  • You can sign-up for Rolo using your work email, Google account, Microsoft account, Apple account, LinkedIn account, or Salesforce account. 

Email

  1. Open the Rolo app on your mobile device
  2. Type your work email (myname@work.com) in the sign-up page
  3. Tap 'Create account'
  4. Type your password: 8+ characters, 1 capital, 1 number, 1 special character
  5. Tap 'Next'
  6. Type your first name and last name 
  7. Tap 'Create Account'
  8. Exit Rolo and open your work email 
  9. From your inbox, open the 'Verify your email' message from Rolo
  10. Tap the 'Verify your email' button
  11. You will be prompted to open the linked page in your preferred browser
  12. Tap your preferred browser
  13. Close the Rolo 'Email verified' page and return to the Rolo app
  14. You should now be able to sign-in to your new Rolo account 

Google:

  1. Open the Rolo app on your mobile device
  2. On the Sign-up/Sign-in page, tap 'Google'
  3. On the pop-up window, tap 'Continue'
  4. A browser page will automatically open to your Google accounts 
  5. Tap 'add (another) Google account'
  6. Enter your Google ID and password
  7. You should automatically be signed-in to you new Rolo account 

Apple:

  1. Open the Rolo app on your mobile device
  2. On the Sign-up/Sign-in page, tap 'Apple'
  3. On the pop-up window, tap 'I Understand'
  4. Scan your fingerprint to verify your account
  5. You should automatically be signed-in to you new Rolo account 

Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Salesforce:

  1. Open the Rolo app on your mobile device 
  2. On the Sign-up/Sign-in page, tap 'Microsoft', 'LinkedIn', or 'Salesforce'
  3. On the pop-up window, tap 'Continue' 
  4. A browser page will automatically open to the login page 
  5. Enter your account ID and password 
  6. You should automatically be signed-in to your new Rolo account
